The idea
Your apps are still there. They just cost squats.
You don't delete anything or block it forever. Every minute of scrolling has a price in movement, and you decide whether to pay it today.
For iPhone · iOS 18 or later
Squatea blocks your apps. Every squat in front of the camera earns you one minute.

1squat = 1minute
How it works
Pick your apps with the iOS Screen Time picker: Instagram, TikTok, X, whichever one eats your afternoons. Squatea blocks them right away.
Instead of the feed, you see a block screen. Choose how many minutes you want: 5, 10, 15, or 30. Each one costs a squat.
The front camera counts every rep. When you finish, your apps unlock for the minutes you earned. When they run out, you squat again.
Why it works
The idea
You don't delete anything or block it forever. Every minute of scrolling has a price in movement, and you decide whether to pay it today.
You don't have to make the right call at 11 p.m. The friction comes before the scroll, not after, when the hour is already gone.
Designed so no one has to trust anyone, including you trusting us.

Everything included from day one. If it's not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Prices shown are for the US App Store. Outside the US, the App Store shows prices in your local currency, and they may vary by country. Your subscription is managed from your Apple ID.
Apple doesn't let any app see what you have installed. That's why you choose your apps in the iOS Screen Time picker: you see the names, and Squatea only receives anonymous identifiers.
No. Pose detection happens entirely on your phone. No image or video leaves your phone, gets stored on our servers, or is sent to third parties.
Squats and push-ups, with more on the way. For accurate counting, place your phone about 6 feet (2 meters) away, with your whole body in frame and good lighting.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Squatea. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
Not yet. Squatea is iPhone only for now, because it relies on the iOS Screen Time tools.
You can remove the block anytime in iOS Settings → Screen Time by revoking Squatea's permission. The idea is for it to take a little effort, not to be impossible.
